Ich bin Nikolas Hanß, Bereichsleiter Systemintegration bei den ViDia Christlichen Kliniken Karlsruhe. Ich verantworte den sicheren, hochverfügbaren und zukunftsorientierten IT-Betrieb eines Klinikverbunds im regulierten KRITIS-Umfeld – von den Rechenzentren über Server, Storage und Netzwerk bis zur applikationsnahen Infrastruktur.

Mein Anspruch: Infrastruktur end-to-end denken und dabei ruhig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert bleiben – auch dann, wenn es darauf ankommt. Ich initiiere und leite Infrastruktur- und Migrationsprojekte über mehrere Standorte und entwickle den Betrieb kontinuierlich weiter.

Führung heißt für mich, Menschen zu befähigen. Ich setze auf einen kollegialen, motivierenden Führungsstil, klare Verantwortlichkeiten und die gezielte Entwicklung meines Teams – aktuell fünf Mitarbeitende sowie angehende Fachinformatiker:innen in der Ausbildung.

I'm Nikolas Hanß, Head of Systems Integration at ViDia Christian Hospitals in Karlsruhe. I'm responsible for the secure, highly available and future-ready IT operations of a hospital network in the regulated KRITIS environment – from data centres through servers, storage and network to application-level infrastructure.

My standard: think about infrastructure end to end while staying calm, structured and solution-oriented – especially when it counts. I initiate and lead infrastructure and migration projects across multiple sites and continuously advance operations.

To me, leadership means enabling people. I rely on a collegial, motivating leadership style, clear responsibilities and the deliberate development of my team – currently five staff members plus IT trainees.
